  • 6. What percent of my transactions come from listings/sales?
  • 7. What areas do I secialize in? What price ranges
  • 8. What are my sales strengths? Courses I have taken?
  • 9. Am I a member of the National Association of Realtors?
  • 10. How will I assist you with research, financing, negotiations, and follow-up before and after closing?
  • 11. Ask about my company and our individual office. Do we have part-timers, performance standards, etc.?
  • 12. How does my company/office handle complaints?
  • 13. Do I expect loyalty or will I work with anyone?
  • 14. What criteria do I use to choose the Buyers that I work with?
  • 15. Will I expect you to look at homes on your own?
